ADAPTERS 

Adapters and transformers are available on request at the
Reception (9). The voltage in your room is 220 V with a frequency of 50 Hz.

AIR CONDITIONING

You can adjust the temperature of the air conditioning according to your wishes using the control box located at the entrance to your room.
As part of the implementation of energy practices, heating and air conditioning temperatures are maintained between 19 and 24 degrees in the room.

ALLERGIES 

According to your food intolerances, do not hesitate to inform us so that we can adapt and personalize your breakfast and room service.

BABY COT 

Room facilities are available on request, when you make your reservation or on simple request to the Reception (9). 
A bed for baby under 3 years old, a bottle warmer, a changing mat or a high chair are at your disposal. 

BEDDING

In order to respect the environment and for long stays, bed linen is changed every 4 days. If you wish to change your sheets, please contact reception.

BREAKFASTS

Breakfasts are served in the room on the ground floor from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. during the week and from 6:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on weekends.
To give all the flavor to the intimacy of your stay, the Dream Hotel Opera offers to serve you breakfast in your room for an additional fee, please contact Reception for more details.

CHAMPAGNE 

If you wish a bottle of Champagne in your room, a choice of several vintages is proposed to you on request, to the Reception (9) 

CHECK-IN

The rooms are available to customers every day from 2 p.m.

CHECK-OUT

Customers can check out until 12 p.m. every day. The customer also has the option of requesting a late check-out until 3 p.m. at Reception at a cost of €50. Acceptance of this request depends on our availability.

COFFEE AND TEA 

Each Superior and Executive room has a coffee machine, you also have coffee and tea available to you in all room categories. We provide you with a free access coffee machine in our Breakfast room.

CONCIERGERIE 

If you wish to make suggestions and reservations for restaurants, museums, or tourist attractions, you can make a request to the Reception (9) 

COURTESY

We are pleased to offer you bottles of water located on your desk as well as a selection of tea and coffee.

DEGRADATIONS 

The exclusive decoration of your room has received particular care in every detail. Also, if some of them were accidentally damaged, the Dream Hotel Opera would be obliged to pass these damages on to your bill.

DOCUMENT PRINTING 

If you wish to print documents, you can send them to the following address: welcome@dreamhotelopera.com.
Your printed documents will be made available to you either at reception or delivered directly in an envelope to your room according to your request (9).

DOCTOR

If you need an emergency medical consultation, you can contact reception (9). Our teams will also be able to collect your prescriptions from the pharmacy. For superficial wounds, dressings and antiseptics are available at reception.

DOGS AND CATS

Dogs under 15 kilograms and cats are accepted free of charge in the establishment.

DO NOT DISTURB

If you wish not to be disturbed, you are invited to notify Reception so that your telephone calls are not transmitted to you in your room. In order to best preserve your peace and quiet, do not hesitate to contact Reception (9) so that your room is prepared only at the time that suits you best.

ECOLOGY

In order to preserve the environment, we invite our customers staying at the hotel for several nights to leave only the towels on the ground each day that the housekeepers need to change. This small gesture helps reduce the planet’s water consumption.
You also have at your disposal a trash can in the room with two compartments, one is intended for recyclable waste and another for non-recyclable waste, please comply with this.
Finally, still as part of the reduction in water consumption we offer a change of sheets every 4 days, your involvement is essential to preserve intoxication and lasting commitment.

ELECTRICITY

In the hotel rooms, you must insert your key card into the electrical box located at the entrance to your room to operate the lamps. All electrical outlets in your room are powered 24/7 for charging your electrical devices.

FLOWERS 

If you wish to send flowers or are lucky enough to receive them, Reception (9) is at your disposal for any sending or receiving of bouquets and provision of vases.
You can also contact us for any requests for bouquets of flowers to put in your room or rose petals. 

FIRE SECURITY 

Please read the safety and fire instructions posted in your room and in the corridors upon your arrival. It is suggested that you find out which emergency exit is closest to your room.

HAIR DRYER

A hairdryer is at your disposal in your room.

HAMMAM

The basement of the Dream Hotel Opera houses a hammam which will allow you to relax after a long day in Paris (access to the hammam included in the Superior category), it is charged €30 per session for Classic categories.

HOUSEKEEPING 

Your room is in the care of a maid. At your request, she can provide turndown service at the end of the day. Furthermore, by hanging the “do not disturb” sign, you are telling them not to intervene. If you would like a specific time for your room to be prepared, do not hesitate to let Reception know (9).
You can also contact Reception to have additional facilities made available to you: bath towels, slippers, duvets, hangers, ironing boards and iron.

IRON AND TABLE 

If you would like to use an iron and ironing board, we have these available at reception. If you have any queries, please call 9.

KEY-CARD

If you share your room, you can ask Reception to give each occupant their own key. In addition to providing access to your room, this key also activates the power supply. It must be inserted into the switch located at the entrance, and removed from the switch when you leave the room.
In order not to alter the operation of this switch, it is also required not to insert any item other than your card key.

L

LAUNDRY / DRY CLEANING

Ask at Reception (9) for a bag for your laundry. By dropping off this bag before 11 a.m., the laundry will be given to you the same evening, except on Sundays and public holidays. Do not hesitate to contact Reception if your belongings require exceptional diagnosis and maintenance (9)

LOST OR FORGOTTEN OBJECT

If you think you have lost a personal item in the hotel, remember to contact reception.
Furthermore, if you have forgotten one of the following items for your trip: razor, toothbrush, toothpaste, ask reception (9).

LUGGAGE 

Your luggage can be picked up from your room upon your departure: simply contact the Reception (9). 
You can also leave your luggage with us for an early arrival or a late departure. Do not hesitate to contact the Reception

MAIL AND PARCELS 

All mail and packages received for you are kept at the reception and will be given to you upon your arrival or return. According to your prior request, they can also be brought to your room (9).

NON-SMOKING

All interior areas of Dream Hotel Opera are non-smoking, whether in the rooms or the lobby. You are kindly asked to respect this rule for the comfort of all. If this instruction is not followed, the smoke detectors will be triggered and cause a fire alarm. Furthermore, in the event that tobacco odors are noted in your room, the Dream Hotel Opera would be obliged to have an external company clean and deodorize your room, for which you will be charged a fee. fixed amount of €350.00.

Do not hesitate to ask reception so that you can be provided with information on the weather. Dream Hotel Opera provides umbrellas at reception. Furthermore, if this umbrella appeals to you, it is also for sale at reception (9).
You will be charged €15 in the event of non-return at the time of check-out.

If you wish to be called for your alarm clock, you can contact the reception the day before to transmit the time of your choice (9).
